Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Checkout AI: B2B Discounts (the “App”), provided by Smith Crafts LLC. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

The service

The App lets you author and publish automatic B2B discounts that run inside Shopify's Discount Function runtime. Every plan can save and preview supported discount drafts. Free can publish Product or Order percentage rules targeted by customer tag or any native B2B buyer, with product scope, an optional minimum subtotal, and scheduling. Starter adds fixed-amount, fixed-price, tiered, Shipping, free-shipping, and allow-stacking rules. Pro adds specific Company and Company-location targeting. You are responsible for the rules you create, for any Company and location IDs you enter, and for confirming behavior with the built-in preview and proof suite before publishing.

Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s hosted App Pricing surface and appear on your Shopify invoice. The launch price points are Free ($0/month; 1 active discount, 5 AI drafts / month), Starter ($19/month; 5 active discounts, 50 AI drafts / month), Pro ($39/month; unlimited active discounts, 250 AI drafts / month), and Guardrail ($59/month when available). Running more than one active discount at a time requires Starter or higher. Publishing fixed-amount, fixed-price, tiered, Shipping, free-shipping, or allow-stacking rules requires Starter or higher. Publishing a rule targeted to a specific Company or Company location requires Pro. Each discount counts once even when it contains multiple rules; scheduled discounts count, and expired discounts stop counting automatically. These gates apply when publishing, not when saving or previewing a draft. Any free trial or annual discount is shown on Shopify’s hosted plan page at the moment of purchase; that page is authoritative for current availability and the final charge. Charges recur each billing period until you change or cancel your plan.

You can change plans, downgrade to Free, or cancel from the App’s Plans page, which links to Shopify’s hosted plan page. Plan changes take effect on Shopify’s next billing cycle for the shop. Refunds, where applicable, are handled through Shopify.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to circumvent plan limits or billing, or use it to violate Shopify’s terms or applicable law.

Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep the App available and correct, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Discounts you publish take effect in your live checkout; always confirm behavior with the preview and proof suite before publishing, and re-preview after edits.

Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On uninstall or plan cancellation, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
